Yield and Water Use of Eggplants (Solanum melongena L.) Under Different Irrigation Regimes and Fertilizers

This study was conducted ın Bandırma (Balıkesir, Turkey) during the growing season of plant in 2017 and 2018 to determine effect four levels irrigation water three kinds fertilizer on yield use field-grown eggplant (solanum melongena). Treatments included regimes, which were 100% (I100, control), 80% (I80), 60% (I60), 40% (I40) evaporation from Class A Pan different fertilizers, chemical CHF; N, P, K (20-20-20+15 SO3) added as 40 kg da-1 organic (OF) 2000 developed (DOF) da-1. Total 305 mm 360 applied I100 treatment, determined 447 436 mm, respectively. In both experiment years, level fruit found be significant statistically (p<0.05) but fertilizers treatments x interaction insignificant (p>0.05). The highest with 3681and 4515 harvested lowest 3021 2792 I40 As for fertilizer, 3462 3878 DOF, while 3258 3629 OF, Water efficiency (WUE) ranged 8.26 12.54 mm-1 (IWUE) 11.9 25.68 experimental years. Thus, programming, Kcp3: 0.80 plant-pan coefficient application, DOF is recommended eggplant.
